| 目的比较3D腹腔镜与2D腹腔镜在肾癌根治术中的临床疗效差异。方法将2014年11月至2016年6月我院行肾癌根治术的60例肾癌患者随机分组,采用3D腹腔镜手术的患者为观察组,采用2D腹腔镜手术的患者为对照组,由同一术者进行手术;比较两组患者出血量、手术时间、术后引流天数、术后并发症、术后住院天数、住院费用差异,并行统计学分析。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者引流天数、住院时间及住院费用差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者均未出现明显并发症。结论较传统2D腹腔镜,3D腹腔镜治疗肾癌可提高手术准确性及安全性,同时并没有增加患者住院费用,具有较好的临床疗效,值得在临床中推广。 |

| Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between 3D laparoscopic and 2D laparoscopic radical nephrectomy.Methods 60 patients with renal cell carcinoma undergoing radical nephrectomy from November 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Patients received 3D laparoscopic surgery were treated as the observation group while patients treated with 2D laparoscopic surgery as the control group,and the surgery was performed by the same surgeon.The bleeding volume,operation time,postoperative drainage days,postoperative complications,postoperative hospital stay and hospitalization expenses between the two groups were compared and statistical analysis was carried out.Results The operation time and the amount of bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05); There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of days of drainage,the length of stay and the cost of hospitalization(P>0.05); No obvious complications occurredin the two groups.Conclusion Compared with the traditional 2D laparoscopy,3D laparoscopic treatment of renal cancer can improve the accuracy and safety of surgery,and it does not increase the cost of hospitalization with good clinical efficacy,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice. |
