| 目的探讨血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与哮喘患者慢性持续期控制效果的关系。方法选取2015年6月至2016年2月我院诊治的120例哮喘患者为哮喘组,根据哮喘治疗所处阶段分为未控制组40例、部分控制组40例、完全控制40例,选取40例健康对象为健康组,分别检测各组的血清OPN、TGF-β1水平,分析OPN、TGF-β1与患者肺功能指标之间的关系。结果哮喘患者中,完全控制组、部分控制组、未控制组的血清OPN均显著的高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),完全控制组、部分控制组、未控制组的血清OPN呈现出逐渐升高的趋势(P<0.05);哮喘患者中,完全控制组、部分控制组、未控制组的血清TGF-β1均显著的低于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),完全控制组、部分控制组、未控制组的血清TGF-β1呈现出逐渐降低的趋势(P<0.05);哮喘患者的肺功能指标FEV1%pre、FEV1/FVC、PEF50%pre、PEF75%pre与血清OPN水平呈显著的负相关趋势(P<0.05),哮喘患者的肺功能指标FEV1%pre、FEV1/FVC、PEF50%pre、PEF75%pre与血清TGF-β1水平呈显著的正相关趋势(P<0.05)。结论血清OPN、TGF-β1与哮喘患者病情控制水平具有一定的相关性。 |

| Objective To investigate the relationship between serum osteopontin(OPN) and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) levels and control effect of asthma chronicity-persistent period.Methods 120 patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to February were selected as asthma group.According to the stage of asthma treatment,they were divided into the uncontrolled group with 40 cases,partly controlled group with 40 cases and completely controlled group with 40 cases.And 40 healthy people were selected as healthy group.The level of serum OPN and TGF-β1 in each group was respectively detected and the relationship between OPN and TGF-β1 and lung function index was analyzed.Results For patients with asthma,completely controlled group,partly controlled group and uncontrolled group had remarkably higher levels of serum OPN than healthy group(P <0.05) and their serum OPN appeared a trend of gradually increasing(P < 0.05).For patients with asthma,completely controlled group,partly controlled group and uncontrolled group had remarkably lower levels of TGF-β1 than healthy group(P < 0.05) and their TGF-β1 appeared a trend of gradually declining(P<0.05).The lung function indexes of asthma patients such as FEV1%pre,FEV1/FVC,PEF50%pre and PEF75%pre were in significant negative correlation with serum OPN level(P< 0.05) and in significant positive correlation with TGF-β1 level(P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between serum OPN and TGF-β1 level and control effect of asthma. |
