| 目的调查2型糖尿病患者糖尿病痛苦现状,探讨糖尿病痛苦的相关因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、糖尿病痛苦量表对南充市某三级甲等医院194例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果 2型糖尿病患者糖尿病痛苦发生率为53.6%,患者在情感负担和生活规律两个维度的痛苦程度较高。结论 2型DM患者普遍存心理痛苦,与年龄、病程、治疗费用、体质指数、空腹血糖等相关,医护人员应重视心理痛苦评估,给予个体化干预措施。 |

| Objective To investigate the suffering status of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and to explore the related factors of diabetes mellitus. Methods The General Questionnaire and Diabetes Mellitus Scale Questionnaire were used to investigate 194 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in a Grade A hospital in Nanchong City. Results The incidence of suffering in type 2 diabetes mellitus was 53. 6%,and the patients had higher level of suffering on emotional burden and lifestyle. Conclusion Patients with type 2 DM generally suffer from psychological pain,which was related with age,duration,treatment costs,body mass index,and fasting blood glucose etc. Health-care workers should pay attention to the assessment of psychological pain and give patients individual intervention measures. |
