目的探讨MRI在胎儿中枢神经系统畸形产前诊断中的临床应用。方法选取我院2014年1月至2015年12月经临床或超声检查怀疑胎儿存在中枢神经系统畸形的中晚孕妊娠孕妇82例,在超声检查3d后行MRI检查,将产前MRI诊断结果与产后或尸检结果进行对照,分析MRI扫描在胎儿中枢神经系统畸形产前检查中的临床应用价值。结果(1)MRI序列扫描图像质量优68例(82.92%),图像质量良10例(12.19%),图像质量差4例(4.87%);(2)诊断标准结果与MRI检测结果对照后显示,MRI对胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的诊断正确率为92.68%(76/82),MRI诊断误诊率0%(0/82),MRI诊断漏诊率7.31%(6/82)。结论 MRI扫描对胎儿中枢神经系统及周围组织结构图像显示质量佳,诊断正确率高,可及时为临床制定相关解决方案提供确切的影像学资料,值得临床推广运用。 |

Objective To explore the clinical application of MRI in prenatal diagnosis of fetal central nervous system.Methods We selected 82 cases of pregnant women in the middle and late pregnancysuspected of congenital malformations of the central nervous system by clinical or ultrasound examination from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital,which underwent MRI examination 3 days after ultrasonic examination. The MRI diagnosis and prenatal postpartum or autopsy results were put into comparison. Clinical application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) scan in fetal central nervous system abnormalities antenatal examination was analyzed. Results(1)The superior imaging quality of the MRI sequence was 68(82. 92%),the fine image quality was 10(12. 19%),and the poor image quality difference was 4(4. 87%);(2)When comparing diagnostic criteria with MRI test,the results showed that after the accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system abnormalities was 92. 68%(76/82),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) diagnosis of misdiagnosis rate was 0%(0/82),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of missed diagnosis is 7. 31%(6/82). Conclusion MRI scans of the fetal central nervous system and the surrounding structure image shows good quality and high diagnostic accuracy,which can provide exact image information for clinical related solutions in time. MRI scans is worthy of clinical promotion. |
