白芍总苷联合复方甘草酸苷对斑秃患者血清IL-17A、IL-17F和TGF-β_1的影响

摘要:
目的观察白芍总苷联合复方甘草酸苷对斑秃患者血清IL-17A、IL-17F和TGF-β1的影响,进一步探讨它们治疗斑秃的作用机制。方法选取40例斑秃患者,其中轻型斑秃26例,重型斑秃14例,给予口服白芍总苷及复方甘草酸苷,每组患者均持续治疗3个月。服药前后抽取外周血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法),检测血清IL-17A、IL-17F和TGF-β1的水平。同时选取40例健康对照组。结果斑秃患者血清IL-17A和IL-17F表达水平均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。斑秃患者血清TGF-β1表达水平低于健康对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。白芍总苷联合复方甘草酸苷治疗后,斑秃患者血清IL-17A和IL-17F表达水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。斑秃患者血清TGF-β1表达水平较治疗前升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白芍总苷联合复方甘草酸苷可能通过调节血清IL-17A、IL-17F和TGF-β1的表达水平而对斑秃起治疗的作用。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the action mechanism of total paeony glucosides combined with compound glycyrrhizin to alopecia areata through the variation of IL-17 A,IL-17 F and TGF-β1 in the blood of patients with alopecia areata.Methods40 cases of patients of alopecia areatawhich divided tomild group(26 patients) andsevere group(14 patients) were taken total paeony glucosides combined with compound clycyrrhizin for three months. Their peripheral blood were collected before and after treatment.An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was performed to determine the serum level of IL-17 A,IL-17 F and TGF-β1 as well as 40 healthy human controls.Results The patientswith alopecia areatashowed a higher level of IL-17 A and IL-17 F compared with the healthy controls,respectively(P<0. 05). The patientswith alopecia areatashowed a lower level of TGF-β1 compared with the healthy controls(P>0. 05). The levels of IL-17 A and IL-17 Fwere lower than those before treatment(P<0. 05). The levels of TGF-β1 was higher than those before treatment(P>0. 05). Conclusion Total paeony glucosides combined with compound clycyrrhizin can treat alopecia areata by regulating the expression of IL-17 A,IL-17 F and TGF-β1 level probably.
