| 目的探讨308准分子激光治疗不同类型、不同部位、不同年龄白癜风患者的临床疗效。方法 846例白癜风患者经药物治疗病情稳定后,开始接受308准分子激光治疗,每周两次,15次为一个疗程,共照射2~3个疗程后评价疗效。结果不同类型白癜风患者治疗后,总有效率以局限型最高,为87.12%;散在型、节段型次之,为58.04%和50.00%;泛发型仅为6.67%。不同部位的白癜风患者治疗后,面、颈、胸、背、腰腹部总有效率分别达到89.06%、79.17%、83.33%和76.57%,四肢为51.73%,手脚仅为10.78%。不同年龄的白癜风患者治疗后总有效率随年龄增加而下降,0~1岁,1~9岁为74.07%和74.24%。10~19岁、20~29岁为58.17%和51.20%。30~39岁,40~49岁为33.33%和24.49%。50~59岁为21.43%。结论 308准分子激光治疗白癜风患者疗效显著,适用范围广,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of 308 excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo patients of different types,different locations and different ages. Methods 846 cases of vitiligo patients began to receive 308 excimer laser treatment when the condition was stableafter drug treatment,two times a week,15 times for a course of treatment. And the curative effect was evaluated after 2-3 courses of irradiation. Results After treatment,for vitiligo patients of different types,the total effective rate of limited typewas the highest,87. 12%,the scattered type and the segmental type,followed by 58. 04% and 50. 00%,while the generalized type was only 6. 67%. After treatment,for vitiligo patients of different locations,the total effective rate of face,neck,chest,back,waist and abdomen was 89. 06%,79. 17%,83. 33% and 76. 57%,respectively,51. 73% in limbs and10. 78% in hands and feet.After treatment,the total effective rate of vitiligo patients with different ages decreased with age,0-1 years old of 74. 07% and 1-9 years old of 74. 24%,10-19 years old of 58. 17%,20-29 years old of 51. 20%,30-39 years old of33. 33%,40-49 years old of 24. 49%,and 50-59 years old of 21. 43%. Conclusion 308 excimer laser in treatment of vitiligo patients with significant efficacy,a wide range of applications,which is worthy of clinical application. |
